The four founding members of Bytegeist Software all came from lead software development roles. From the start Bytegeist knew how important quality, experience, teamwork, and proven results were not only to Bytegeist but equally to the clients of Bytegeist. 

Every member of the development team has at least a university bachelor degree in either computer science, mathematics, or physics.

The entire Bytegeist team has outstanding programming skills in .NET, C++, C#,  Java, all aspects of DirectX and OpenGL, C, assembly, Win32/64, MFC, COM, ATL, ActiveX, STL, 3DSMax® API, Maya® API, MaxScript, MEL, XSI|SoftImage® SDK, Softimage3D® SDK, Lightwave® SDK, CE and Pocket PC SDK, and many more. Working with custom API's or learning new languages has never been a problem.

Many members of Bytegeist have patented technology within the realms of compression equations and engine design.
