BYTEGEIST SOFTWARE ANNOUNCES
VEHICLE & PHYSICS MIDDLEWARE SDK

computer game and 3D graphics technology company, is pleased to
announce the first release of it’s Vehicle & Physics Middleware
Software Development Kit (SDK). This software enables real-time
physics computation to be added to 3D graphics and simulation engines.
The SDK
consists of a well-written Application Programming Interface (API)
along with a number of 3D graphics package plugins. The API has been
designed to fit into any 3rd party graphics or simulation
engines. It allows fast and stable Rigid Bodies simulation with
Realistic friction modeling and collision response. The 3D graphics
package plugins allow artists and designers to setup the physics
responses using collision meshes, gravity, friction, elasticity,
bounce, and springiness.
Bytegeist Software plans to continue to further develop the SDK and is
currently looking for partners to be the first to benefit from using
the SDK. Pricing is expected to be announced shortly.
