BYTEGEIST SOFTWARE ANNOUNCES CHINA DISTRIBUTION AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH AURAN Bytegeist Software, an Australian and China based computer games publisher and developer, has signed a publishing agreement with Auran Technologies Ltd ("Auran") for the sale and distribution of Auran Jet, until autumn of 2003. Under the terms of the agreement Auran, a leading developer of games middleware in Australia and the world, has given Bytegeist Software rights to sell Auran Jet to companies across China wishing to advance their 3D technology. Jed Fisher, Managing Director of Bytegeist Software, commented: "We are delighted to announce this agreement and look forward to working with Auran to increase Bytegeist's profile in the China market.
